If your baby is under 1 month old and you don’t see availability below, give us a call/text.
After you request an appointment, we’ll contact you via phone or text. Intake forms will be sent through text or the patient portal. Once completed, we’ll offer available appointment times
Patient policies
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
All reschedules require at least 48 business hours notice for new patients and 24 hours notice for returning patients.
Late reschedules may be subject to the same cancellation fees.
Cancellation fees:
New Patients: $350
Returning Patients: $150
Insurance Policy:
We are in-network with Regence, HMA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Premera. It is the patient’s responsibility to verify insurance coverage and benefits before the appointment.
